Kurt is a former partner of Breakwater Law Group and is currently the General Counsel of Maravai LifeSciences Holdings, Inc. (NASDAQ: MRVI). While no longer engaged in day-to-day private practice, Kurt’s expertise remains available to the firm on a limited basis as “of counsel” to the firm.

Kurt completed his undergraduate studies in Philosophy at Loyola University Chicago, and law school at the University of Notre Dame where he was the Production Editor of the Notre Dame Journal of Law, Ethics and Public Policy.
