OUR CLIENTS
Our corporate clients range from start-ups to exchange-listed public companies. We help new companies with incorporation, founder and shareholder agreements and fundraising strategy. For some early and mid-stage companies, we serve as general counsel to address day-to-day issues, help assess legal risk and provide solution oriented advice. For more mature companies, we generally advise on corporate, M&A and securities matters, and we can work closely with in-house counsel to help manage their legal spend.
We also represent investors including angels, family offices and venture funds. We help investors structure and negotiate terms and evaluate legal risks. We advise on direct investments and second market transactions.
Depending on the nature of our engagement, we can offer hourly or flat rate fees, as well as fixed monthly fees for general counsel services.
